My wife and I appreciate your outstanding customer service. Starting with Keith installing our new/replacement UV light. (Which was still working and… installed by Culligan of Indiana, 26+ years ago.) Gold star accolades for Keiths informative insight of unit installed. Knowing, understanding and conveyance for the new unit, is a must in my book! Also, thanks to Kim from beginning to completion. Her friendly attention to our concerns, scheduling and final account payment. Needs to be expressed through posted feedback. So, others understand important decisions regarding water concerns. Outstanding. Our new house came with an old softening and neutralizing system that we didn’t understand. Recently, I walked into Culligan (Indiana)… with a water sample and a ton of questions, and three different people there helped to steer me in the right direction. They didn’t make a cent from me, but they tested my water and advised me just the same. It’s really something to get impartial service like that today.
