My wife and I appreciate your outstanding customer service. Starting with Keith installing our new/replacement UV light. (Which was still working and... installed by Culligan of Indiana, 26+ years ago.) Gold star accolades for Keiths informative insight of unit installed. Knowing, understanding and conveyance for the new unit, is a must in my book! Also, thanks to Kim from beginning to completion. Outstanding. Our new house came with an old softening and neutralizing system that we didn't understand. Recently, I walked into Culligan (Indiana)... with a water sample and a ton of questions, and three different people there helped to steer me in the right direction. They didn't make a cent from me, but they tested my water and advised me just the same. It's really something to get impartial service like that today.
