Outstanding. Our new house came with an old softening and neutralizing system that we didn't understand. Recently, I walked into Culligan (Indiana)... with a water sample and a ton of questions, and three different people there helped to steer me in the right direction. They didn't make a cent from me, but they tested my water and advised me just the same. It's really something to get impartial service like that today.
